Mrs S and I have been given two spanking new bicycles to pootle around on, and I have been busy adjusting brakes, lowering saddles and tightening nuts. Trouble is, it can get a bit too warm in the saddle during the heat of the day. Tchah. All in the name of getting fitter eh?
