Interesting quotation

Went to visit neighbour last night. Just a beer and jaw session. Neighbour, who is an ex policeman and has worked amongst first nations for some time vouchsafed the following;
"You can't legislate morality. You can only teach it."
Discuss.

    QOTD material, though I think I'd go further still and say that an individual ultimately must arrive at a conclusion themselves. Not very snappy though so go with your ex-cop neighbour.

    Maybe a better version might be; "You can't legislate morality, you have to learn it."
